Kids get so intense in the Apple Store. I needed to show how age-inappropriate it looked for this 12 year-old to be sitting at the 4 year-old table, pounding on the keyboard...His brother felt the same way and captured it on his iPhone.

The adults do, too. I was there the other day to see how much it would set me back to replace a lost phone charger... $30 for the plug and 20 for the cord. I was pretty pissed. Then I went to the AT&T store and got both for $30. Still too much, I should think, but within the range of reasonable.
