We'll see if all my color dabbling/learning makes it into this piece.
The dabbling and math for complements helped a bit.
Sped me up.
Took me as long to do ...

Something a little different today (oops, looks like I'm a little late posting).
It's a new short comic strip I'm calling "Rock N' Roll Lifestyle." You can see the first page (of 2.33) on the World Famous TuesdayArtGroup (or TAG) Blog.
Check it out!
(Now this post has GOT to bring a Mike D. comment...Mike? You out there?)

As I've already said Marty, great pages! One small thing; I think you meant, "Whither" instead of "Wither, the Ethos of Rock?"
AAAK!!
Thanks, Tommy.
So, I'm probably over-analyzing this, but what does the line mean? I've heard "Whither" and "Whence" used as in "Whence comest thou?" and "Whither goest thou?" to mean "Where did you come from?" and "Where are you going?"... but how did you mean the phrase, "And so turns the wheel of human degradation... but-- whither the ethos of Rock?"

I use it in the sense of, "Where is...?"
The narrator is asking the (leading, teasing, near-rhetorical) question "How does the ROck N' ROll Lifestyle (as an ethos) fit in here?"
You are very patient. I should also disclose (which I will do at greater length in my final post) that I'm not 100% happy with the strip--overlong and the narration doesn't fit in very well with the finish...well, you'll just have to see and judge for yourself. I have a long way to go, but I sincerely appreciate the support!
And support it is! This is a delightful effort and I look forward to seeing the rest.
